ELTON – After not winning a single district contest since 2018, the Elton Indians broke another streak by pummeling the Merryville Panthers by a final of 57-44. The highoctane Elton rushing attack racked up 437 yards on the ground en route to their victory. The Indians led at one point by a count of 42-14, but a big comeback by Merryville in the fourth quarter made things a lot closer.
