CROWLEY–TheCrowley Millers started their season with a pair of victories on Wednesday and Thursday to open the year 2-0. The Millers defeated Beau Chene 9-8 in the opener on Wednesday, then came back Thursday and defeated Carencro 15-5 in their second contest. The Millers were back in action Friday night when they traveled to Eunice to face-off with the St. Landry Indians in a league match-up.
