Lady Cardinals fall short in matchup with Lady Raiders
MERRYVILLE — The Lacassine High Lady Cardinals travelled to the Merryville High School campus to compete against the Lady Raiders Thursday night in the Merryville Tournament. A strong second half push by the Lady Raiders left the Lady Cardinals short by nine points as they fell to 11-5 while the Lady Raiders move to 13-1.

MERRYVILLE — The Lacassine High Cardinals travelled to Merryville Tuesday night to compete in the Merryville High Tournament against the DeQuincy High Tigers. The Cardinals took the win in a second-half push for a final score of 61-50. The win moves the Cardinals to 11-7 while the Tigers sit at 1-8.

The Lady Tigers made it a 10-point game as they took the win in a second half push for a final score of 45-35. The win moves the Lady Tigers to 7-3 while the Lady Sharks sit at 2-5.
