BATON ROUGE — No. 11 LSU tied a season-high three home runs and recorded its 15th shutout this season in the 9-0 five-inning victory over Southern Illinois Sunday at Tiger Park, sending LSU to the NCAA Super Regionals for the first time since 2021.

The first half was for 10 minutes with a running clock, and the second half was for 15 minutes without a running clock. Iota led 3-0 after the first half, then Jennings would score three touchdowns and hold Iota to one touchdown to take a 21-10 win.
