Global Geospatial Institute recently honored Elton High School student Rubi Johnson for placing in the Louisiana Mapped StoryMap Competition for the high school division. Johnson’s entry was built using ArcGIS StoryMaps, powered by Esri, earning her a $100 award and statewide recognition.

Saute onion, bell pepper and garlic until soft, 4-5 minutes.
