In my quest for the silver lining of the clouds called COVID-19, I must admit that my closets, cabinets and junk drawers have benefitted from the quarantine. I have spent quality time in my Home, Sweet, Home--touching things which haven’t been fingered in years: tablecloths and napkins in the linen closet, too many books downstairs, trophies and memorabilia from the children’s growing-up, scrapbooks, rubber bands, shoe boxes.

The Our Lady Help of Christians Youth Group played an important role in putting together and distributing meals for KC Council 2012’s annual barbecue fundraiser on Oct. 25.
