Beginning Tuesday, music lovers will gather in downtown Jennings for some toetapping tunes during the weekly concert series, Turn It Up Tuesday.
The National STOL competition returns to Jennings featuring razor-close pilot take-offs and landing feats. The eight-stop nationwide 2026 season kicks off for pilots with the first stop here in Jennings. The sixth annual Swamp STOL event will be held Friday and Saturday, April 10-11. Practice runs are open to the public starting on Friday at 11 a.m., free of charge. Cockpit tours are also available Friday during non-flying times.
