Nine-year-old Josh Fruge became chief of the Welsh Police Department for the day on July 20, temporarily unseating Police Chief Marcus Crochet. He enjoyed patrolling roadways, shooting a radar gun and even made his first arrest. Josh is the son of Clint Fruge.
