The annual Lake Arthur Boo on the Avenue Halloween celebration has been set for Sunday, October 28, on Arthur Avenue in the downtown area. In the beginning of the planning process, organizers decided to have the event without the Chili Cook-off event this year. However, due to an astounding number of requests, organizers decided that the contest will take place as in past years.
