The Rotary Club of Welsh held its first meeting of the new year on Jan. 3.The guest speaker was the new Jeff Davis Libraries Director, Clare Coleman, as Dr. Linda Lebert-Corbello retired in December after 15 years at the helm. Coleman was introduced by Rotarian Rick Arceneaux.
