The Rotary Club of Welsh met on August 2 and welcomed Jeff Davis Superintendent of Schools Kirk Credeur and Assistant Superintendent John Hall. Credeur briefed the club on school budgets, bond proposals and told members they are asking the community for inputs on proposals for improving the school facilities.
