Dartez-Williams named Citizen of the Year for Louisiana

Dartez-Williams was a 34-year employee of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury Calcasieu Business and Career Solutions Center for Jeff Davis Parish in Jennings, where she worked as a career counselor.
