ELTON — Elton native Dr. Deborah Livingston Clark visited Elton Town Hall on Friday, Sept. 23.
Elton officials present that day included Mayor Pro Tem Avella Ackless, Town Clerk Acquanetta M. Livingston, Clerk Assistant, Water Operator and Service Crew Scheduler Stephanie Woods, along with Elton Police Department Chief Bruce Lemelle and dispatcher Lisa Leonard.
