Ellie LeBlanc, 17, from Hathaway High School (HHS) was crowned the 2023 Jeff Davis Parish Fair Queen on Thursday evening in the Glenn Daigle Arena. She is a senior at HHS and the daughter of Cody and Shelley LeBlanc.
