On Dec. 13, Tel Mitchel Rouse obtained his Ph.D. in bioengineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Rouse is a Morse native. He graduated from Midland High School in 2007, obtained a B.S. in biological engineering from Louisiana State University in 2012, then obtained an M.S. in chemical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2016.
