PARTY BY THE POND

As part of their St. Patrick’s Day celebration, residents of the Southwest Louisiana Veterans Home were treated to fried fish with all the trimmings, barbecued burgers and hot dogs. The event was sponsored by Wal-Mart, whose volunteers cooked and prepared the meal.
