The Rotary Club of Welsh met on Jan. 24 and were briefed by Rotarian and Licensed Contractor Troy Romero on the problems people in agriculture and business are having getting migrant workers. Present to learn about these problems were Welsh Elementary School fifth graders Molly Fear, Grace Lynn Guillory and Laurreli Johosky.
