Romero Speaks to Rotary Club

The Rotary Club of Welsh met on Thursday, July 9. The guest speaker was State Representative Troy Romero, who was accompanied by his wife Emily. He talked about his first year in office and how busy they were. There were efforts to lower insurance rates, help the infrastructure of several parish communities, school status and they are looking at needed road improvements.
