The Rotary Club of Welsh recently gathered to honor the best of the best, including one Rotarian recipient and one citizen honoree.
Pat Deshotel honored Jonathan Brown with the distinction of Citizen of the Year, while Kyle Todd awarded Herschel Bourque as Rotarian of the Year.
