Punishers Rougarou Chapter’s First Responder of the Month is Nicholas Caswell, who is currently a jailer in the Regional Consolidated Jail Facility. Chapter members Joe Chapman, Forrest Strickland and Norman Terrebonne, Jr. presented Caswell with a certificate, cake and a $50 gift card to a local restaurant.
