Krewes from Jeff Davis Parish and the surrounding areas paraded down Main Street in Jennings over the weekend to celebrate the Mardi Gras season. Revelers young and old filled the floats, throwing beads, candy, stuffed animals, ramen and the always coveted Mardi Gras cups to screaming crowds. The parade was rounded out with the Courir riders, begging for money to make gumbo.
