WELSH — Earlier this week, two Welsh Aldermen sat in their chairs on the board for the very last time.
Alderman Ronnie Hayes and Alderman Clint Hardy said goodbye to their roles as town officials at the December council meeting, while Mayor Karl Arceneaux looked back fondly at their time in office.
