WELSH — The Board of Alderman here accepted a bid at Tuesday’s meeting to begin construction on a sewer lift station north of the interstate.
Town officials approved a $249,718 bid from JWD Directional of Welsh to build a new sewer lift station on Frontage Road for a new truck stop in the area. Two other bids were submitted but not accepted.
