Chef plans to show Louisiana flair at seafood cook-off

Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser and the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board announced the chefs selected for the 2024 Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off recently, with former Jennings High School graduate Sullivan “Van” Zant of the restaurant Vestal as the only chef from the Southeast region of Louisiana.
