WELSH — Jeff Davis Council on Aging (COA) is partnering with Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff Kyle Miers and his office to throw their annual gumbo and bingo event for parish senior citizens.
The Fall Fest Gumbo is open to residents who are age 60 or older. Doors open at 7 a.m. with bingo starting around 8 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 18, at the Welsh Community Center, located at 101 Palmer St.
