LAKE CHARLES — The 2024 District Livestock Show was recently held at the Burton Complex in Lake Charles, with parish students winning big in several categories.
Over 750 FFA and 4-H members from the sevenparish Southwest District, which includes Jeff Davis Parish, participated in the event. More than 1,500 poultry, rabbits, sheep, goats, swine and cattle were exhibited during the event.
