The Genealogical Society of Jennings is inviting the public to a free event from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10 at First Baptist Church of Jennings Family Life Center, located at 1001 North Cary Ave. in Jennings.
Due to the Jennings Mardi Gras Parade falling on the same Saturday as the group’s monthly meeting, Society President Joni Wells said they will host a Research Room Work Day instead.
