The Jeff Davis Parish 4-H Shooting Sports Team competed at the State Shooting Sports Match recently, with many top finishes and two Welsh High School students, Jordan Andrepont, 16, and Wyatt Kershaw, 16, qualifying for nationals.
Assistant 4-H Extension Agent Sonya Guidry stated to compete at the State Meet, the JDP 4-H Shooting participants must have qualified at the Regional Meet held in March.
