WELSH — Everyone is invited to attend the 16th Annual Juneteenth Celebration hosted by Bethune and Richmond Park LTD this Saturday.
The event will begin at 7 a.m. at Bethune Park, located on Martin Luther King Street, and will wrap up at 7 p.m. at Richmond Park, located on West Welsh Street.
