LAKE ARTHUR — The board of alderman recently tabled a motion to grant a peddler license for Rita’s Creole Family Kitchen food truck. The food truck business is owned by Rita Fields of Lake Charles that would have barbeque, seafood and snow cones available when the truck is located in the town.
