Jennings City Council failed to approve a beer and liquor permit for Hebert’s Boudin and Cracklins LLC during their recent meeting.
President Steve Van Hook presented the permit to the council. Councilman Anthony LeBlanc made a motion for approval on the license, however, the move died for lack of a second.
