Local chef achieves runner-up at Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off

MONROE — Louisiana’s annual Seafood Cook-Off was held recently in Monroe, hosted by Lt. Gov. Billy Nungesser and the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board, in conjunction with Up Yonder Food and Wine Festival.
