Former senator and veteran Jerry Theunissen (left) celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Southwest Louisiana War Veterans Home by holding a small ceremony after the honor parade.
During the ceremony, Theunissen reminisced about the groundbreaking ceremony held 22 years prior.
