Improvements to Lake Arthur Park have been completed and the town is reaping the benefits of the newly installed equipment and beautification. Mayor Sampson “Poncho” LeJeune said residents are now able to enjoy a new merry-goround, swing sets and soft, artificial turf. “The kids love it,” he said. “Even on days when it’s been really cold, there are kids playing there.”
