A fundraiser is being held to help a local high school student attend summer art camp to further her dream of becoming a professional artist.
Jennings High School student Victoria Whitehouse, 16, and her family are sponsoring a raffle to help defer the costs of attending the Summer Art and Design Camp at Moore College in Philadelphia, Pa.
