WELSH — The Board of Aldermen here chose not to move forward with adding two new businesses in the Town of Welsh earlier this week.
The first business to approach the board was for a new eatery in Welsh. Mayor Karl Arceneaux asked the board to review a recommendation from the zoning board for a drivethru restaurant at 813 East Russell owned by Thomas Hotard.
