WELSH — Town officials are busy preparing for the fourth annual Christmas event that boasts a variety of different activities in which the community can be involved.
The Town of Welsh will hold Miracle on South Street from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7 in downtown Welsh.
