WELSH — Town officials here are urging residents to be prepared for planned water outages next week.
On Monday, Nov. 20, the Town of Welsh will turn off water to the town in order for work crews to make repairs to an 8-inch water main. Due to the uncertainty of the timeframe for the work, officials could not give a specific timeline for the repairs.
