The Way Training Center petitioned both the Jennings Zoning Board and Jennings City Council on Tuesday to rezone a property located on South Louise Street to expand its services.
The zoning board was not in favor of the change, however, the council was able to override the decision with a supermajority vote, which requires a percentage of more than one half.
