Patriotic Gift

Welsh resident Delores Derouen surprised retired USAF Lt. Col. Clarence Prudhomme with a handmade patriotic quilt. She personally delivered the quilt to Prudhomme’s home since the annual Memorial Day Celebration has been canceled. Each year she presents a veteran with a military quilt.
