Motorists who plan to park downtown tomorrow will have to come with pennies or nickels.
For Friday morning at 8 o'clock, Jennings' new parking meters go into operation. One cent will buy 12 minutes of parking time. The meters will accept a maximum of 10 cents, which is good for two consecutive hours of parking pleasure.
