Residents who are looking to give back to the community will have an opportunity through a 5K race this holiday season.
The Center for Children and Families, located at 1325 Wright Ave, Suite D, in Crowley, is holding its first ever 5K walk/ run at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2. The cost to participate is $40 per person and will begin at Jennings City Hall, located at 154 North Main St. in Jennings.
