It looks like Santa has moved his workshop from the North Pole to Lake Arthur Town Hall. The elves scramble to obey Santa as he studies his list of toys needed for all the good boys and girls. The question is, exactly how many elves are working or hiding in Santa’s new workshop? The Hall of Trees display has been expertly put together by the town and is a sight to behold.
