ELTON — Town officials here recently voted to approve its yearly budget after various setbacks.
Mayor Kesia Lemoine and Mayor Pro Tem Tony Guillory, along with council members Erica Francis, Kim Thibodeaux, Mike Pierroti and Trudy Patterson, worked together to create a budget for the 2024 fiscal year.
