WELSH — A celebration to commemorate the birth of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK) is being planned for the Welsh community.
The 15th annual MLK Celebration will take place beginning at noon on Monday, Jan. 15 with a parade from Bethune Park, as well as a brown bag giveaway at Richmond Park following the parade.
