Lieutenant Governor calls for greener Mardi Gras

Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser along with nonprofit organization Keep Louisiana Beautiful (KLB) call for greener Mardi Gras and urge Louisianans to do their part to reduce waste and litter this carnival season.
