I miss light bulbs…
When I recently paid $8.79 for a four-pack of light bulbs, I decided the world was coming to an end. At one time, that purchase might have been a dollar.
This package, to add insult to injury, suggested that I would save 87 percent in energy costs over the five years that the bulbs were intended to work.
Oh really? So if I invest 779 percent more on light bulbs, I may save 87 perc…
