WELSH — The Welsh Board of Aldermen decided the fate of a property on North Polk Street at Tuesday’s meeting.
A motion passed 3-1 in favor of condemning the property, with one alderman choosing to sit out of the vote.
The property in question has gone before the board before and the property owner, Terry Prudhomme, was most recently given 90 days to clean up the blight.
