BATON ROUGE — Louisiana State Treasurer John Fleming, M.D., recently announced 27,842 unclaimed property checks totaling $5.1 million will be mailed out on Thursday, June 13.
In Jeff Davis Parish alone, 140 checks worth $26,390.37 will be rolling out next week.
