Parish residents and leaders gathered this week to honor the life’s work of three well-known public servants.
District 37 Rep. Troy Romero and Sen. Mark Abraham opened their office in Jennings to pay tribute to former Jeff Davis Parish Police Jury employee Cindy Achane, retired Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office Chief Civil Deputy Susette Mouton and outgoing Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff Ivy Woods.
